My name is Sawyer, and I am a portrait photographer in Washington, pursuing my passion for photography and capturing the beauty created in a single instant.
I started taking photos in my early teens, and through exploring different photo subjects, I fell in love with capturing the uniqueness in people! I love working with all kinds of clients to create a memorable and positive experience with every session.
My favorite kind of photo is the kind you cannot recreate, simply because the emotion captured is there for just one instance, never to be imitated exactly. On a shoot, you can usually find me cracking jokes to get that candid laugh or smile, and my clients and I make a connection in that time by mutually letting loose and having fun!

Capturing a raw, candid laugh while a client recalls fond memories of their time in high school, or hearing the gasp of a parent looking at their child in their cap and gown glowing in the golden hour sunlight are precious moments that I’ve only ever been able to experience while taking photos. I’m all about creating an experience that sticks with people even after they’ve received their photos, and I have a passion for being a part of special moments for people.
